Terms of use
What the app is, what it is not, and the rules for using it.
Accepting these terms
Using the app means accepting these terms; creating an account means accepting them expressly. If you do not agree, do not use the app. What happens to your data is described separately, in “Your data and your privacy”.
What the app does, and its limits
- It counts what you log, nothing more: a forgotten entry or a typing mistake skews the figures, and the app has no way of knowing.
- Its catalog — categories, plants, molecules, preparations — is put together with care, but it may contain errors or gaps.
- The personal leads spot coincidences in your journal: they are invitations to try something, not proven causes.
- The product sheet of a scanned item comes from Open Food Facts, a collaborative database: it may be incomplete or wrong.
- A photo of a plant goes through your own Pl@ntNet account, which is free and subject to its own terms. A recognized plant may be misidentified: never rely on the app to decide that a plant you have picked is edible.
Your account
- The account is optional: the app works fully without one.
- It is personal. You are responsible for your password and for anything done from your account.
- You may not try to access someone else's account or data, disrupt the service (automated requests, overloading, getting around its protections) or create accounts in bulk.
- If these rules are broken, the publisher may suspend or delete the account concerned.
What belongs to whom
Your notes, your feelings and your recipes belong to you: you can take them with you or erase them at any time.
The app belongs to its publisher: its code, its food database, its texts, its illustrations and its look and feel are protected by copyright and by database rights. You are free to use it for your own personal purposes. Without written permission, you may not copy it, extract all or part of its database — including by automated means — or reuse it in another product or service. Product sheets remain under the Open Food Facts license, and third-party components under their own.
Availability and liability
The publisher makes every effort to keep the app working and your data safe, but cannot guarantee a service free of interruptions or errors. The app evolves: a feature may be changed or removed.
Without an account, your data is stored only in your browser: clearing the browser's data or losing the device makes it disappear.
The information in the app is general and does not take your health situation into account: medical decisions are a matter for a health professional. The publisher is liable for their own failings under the conditions set by law, and nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
Legal notice

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a disagreement, write to the publisher first: most questions are settled that way. Any change will be announced in the app. Last updated: September 14, 2026.
